It is located a few meters from the center of Levanto and the beach, and accommodates up to 4 people.
55-inch Smart TV, digital terrestrial and international satellite channels.

The small garden is accessible from the living area. There is a table, chairs, umbrella and deck chairs to relax on.
In summer, you can have breakfast or lunch comfortably in the garden, in the shade of a large clementine.
In the evening, you can have romantic dinners.

The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, in the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed with double mattress 160x200.
The living area is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Sink, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, complete set of plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, pans and pots, and everything you need for cooking.
In the bathroom there is a washing machine.
Bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet, mirror, hairdryer.
Fast internet connection, Wi-Fi also working in the garden.

Small pets are accepted, but please ask the owner for confirmation.

Included costs:
In summer high season, the rental price is all inclusive:
utilities (electricity, gas, water), initial and final cleanings.
Initial packages of bed linen and towels are provided, included in the price; if you tell us in advance how many beds you need, you will find them already prepared upon arrival.

In the cold season, utilities will be be charged separately, according to guests' consumption.

Parking:
In Levanto, the parking fee can be up to 24€ per day.
Upon request, we can provide a special ticket to park for free in the city of Levanto (only for one car), the cost is 5€ per day.
This ticket allows to park in all paid parking places for free.
Important: this ticket is not a private reserved parking; it allows to park for free in the blue lines in the city - with the exception of the parking above the beach, where it's not free, but there is a reduced hourly rate.

Tourist Tax:
Upon check-in, guests have to pay by cash the City Tourist Tax of 1,50€ per person per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old.

Payments:
• If the booking is done well in advance:
First payment:
A first payment of 50% is needed upon booking.
Cancellation / Refund:
You can cancel for any reason and have a full refund of your first payment up til 30 days before arrival.
No refund is possible after that date.
Balance / Second payment:
The balance (the second 50%) must be paid 30 days before arrival with a second bank transfer.
• If the booking is done when there are less than 30 days before the arrival date:
the payment must be made for 100% of the amount, and no refund will be possible.

Guests registration:
Upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
