It is just a few meters from the center of Levanto and the beach, and it accommodates 4, up to five people.
New 55 inch smart TV, with free access to Netlix, free-to-air European satellite channels.
Free Wi-Fi.
A small garden is directly accessible from the living room. The garden has a table with chairs, umbrella and sunbeds, for your relaxation.
In summer, you can have breakfast or lunch in the garden, in the shade of the big clementine tree.
In the evening you can enjoy a romantic dinner.

The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, and in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people (and a single bed upon request).
The living room is spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Sink, hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, complete set of dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots and anything else that might be needed.
There is also a washing machine.
Bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet, mirror, hair dryer.
Fast internet connection, Wi-Fi working also outodoors.
Small pets are allowed, please ask the owner before.

Included costs:
In summer high season, the rental price is all inclusive:
utilities (electricity, gas, water), initial and final cleanings.
Initial packages of bed linen and towels are provided, included in the price; if you tell us in advance how many beds you need, you will find them already prepared upon arrival.

In the cold season, utilities will be be charged separately, according to guests' consumption.

Parking:
In Levanto, the parking fee can be up to 24€ per day.
Upon request, we can provide a special ticket to park for free in the city of Levanto (only for one car), the cost is 5€ per day.
This ticket allows to park in all paid parking places for free.
Important: this ticket is not a private reserved parking; it allows to park for free in the blue lines in the city - with the exception of the parking above the beach, where it's not free, but there is a reduced hourly rate.

Tourist Tax:
Upon check-in, guests have to pay by cash the City Tourist Tax of 1.5€ per person per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old.

Payments:
• If the booking is done well in advance:
First payment:
A first payment of 50% is needed upon booking.
Cancellation / Refund:
You can cancel for any reason and have a full refund of your first payment up til 30 days before arrival.
No refund is possible after that date.
Balance / Second payment:
The balance (the second 50%) must be paid 30 days before arrival with a second bank transfer.
• If the booking is done when there are less than 30 days before the arrival date:
the payment must be made for 100% of the amount, and no refund will be possible. (*)

Guests registration:
Upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
