The apartment can also be reached without stairs, via an access ramp.

The living room / kitchen has direct access to a beautiful terrace, equipped with a beach umbrella, table and deck chairs.
You can have breakfast or dinner outdoors, or relax reading a book or admiring the green of our hills of olive trees and fir trees.

There is also a small barbecue.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. There is therefore a maximum capacity of 6 people.
One room has a balcony overlooking the surrounding greenery.

The large living room with kitchen is equipped with a table with 6 chairs, sofa and armchairs, TV. Wi-Fi. Air Conditioning.

The kitchen is well equipped, with a hob, oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, American coffee machine, kettle. Dishwasher.

Included costs:
In summer high season, the rental price is all inclusive:
utilities (electricity, gas, water), initial and final cleanings.
Initial packages of bed linen and towels are provided, included in the price; if you tell us in advance how many beds you need, you will find them already prepared upon arrival.

In the cold season, utilities will be be charged separately, according to guests' consumption.

Parking:
In Levanto, the parking fee can be up to 24€ per day.
Upon request, we can provide a special ticket to park for free in the city of Levanto (only for one car), the cost is 5€ per day.
This ticket allows to park in all paid parking places for free.
Important: this ticket is not a private reserved parking; it allows to park for free in the blue lines in the city - with the exception of the parking above the beach, where it's not free, but there is a reduced hourly rate.

Tourist Tax:
Upon check-in, guests have to pay by cash the City Tourist Tax of 1,50€ per person per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old.

Payments:
• If the booking is done well in advance:
First payment:
A first payment of 50% is needed upon booking.
Cancellation / Refund:
You can cancel for any reason and have a full refund of your first payment up til 30 days before arrival.
No refund is possible after that date.
Balance / Second payment:
The balance (the second 50%) must be paid 30 days before arrival with a second bank transfer.
• If the booking is done when there are less than 30 days before the arrival date:
the payment must be made for 100% of the amount, and no refund will be possible.

Guests registration:
Upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
