New apartment, in a nice residential area, recently built, surrounded by green and parks, a few minutes on foot from the beaches of Cervo.

Cervo is awarded as “one of the most beautiful villages in Italy”. A must-see medieval hamlet, with its iconic and historic church overlooking the sea; its typical alleys (the narrow streets between the century old houses, called “caruggi”); its many craft shops and excellent restaurants.
The nearest entrance to the village is around 600 meters away.

Very convinient location!
The apartment is very close to a supermarket (PAM, 200 meters, a few minutes on foot). It is also in the surroundings of other shops, markets, restaurants, cafés, in both Cervo and San Bartolomeo al Mare (within 800 m).
One of the best ice cream parlours of the Gulf: 800 metres (Il Negozietto del Gelato).
For some sport: tennis and paddle fields at 800 metres!

Closest private beach establishments are 500 and 700 meters away, in Cervo, easy to reach on foot on a flat road.
The beaches of San Bartolomeo al Mare and Diano Marina are a couple km away, on the same coast of “Golfo Dianese”.

BEACHES of CERVO in detail:
In Cervo there are both free/public beaches, and private establishment.
Closest private beaches, perfect to chill on the sunbeds, are 500/700 metres away.
For those who love swimming and snorkeling, we strongly recommend the rocky beaches, a few hundred meters further, towards Capo Cervo (just under the village).

▪ Private beach establishments (sand or pebbles, early reservation is needed, especially in high season):
- “Bagni Restano”
- “Bagni Tosco”
- “Bagni L’Angolo”
- “Bagni Pilone”

▪ Free beaches are rocky or with pebbles, excellent for swimming and snorkeling, like:
- “Porteghetto” (rocky beach: one half is free, the other half is a private beach).
- “Ciappellette” (rocky beach, free, great for snorkeling).
- “Marina de Re”: free-equipped beach, pebbles.
- A large free beach next to “Marina de Re”
- For your four-legged friends: beach for dogs near “Marina de Re”!
“Marina de Re” and “Porteghetto” are around 900 meters from the house, we suggest to reach them on foot, walking along the coast.

Included costs:
In summer high season, the rental price is all inclusive:
utilities (electricity, gas, water), initial and final cleanings.
Initial packages of bed linen and towels are provided, included in the price; if you tell us in advance how many beds you need, you will find them already prepared upon arrival.

In the cold season, utilities will be be charged separately, according to guests' consumption.

Payments:
• If the booking is done well in advance:
First payment:
A first payment of 50% is needed upon booking.
Cancellation / Refund:
You can cancel for any reason and have a full refund of your first payment up til 30 days before arrival.
No refund is possible after that date.
Balance / Second payment:
The balance (the second 50%) must be paid 30 days before arrival with a second bank transfer.
• If the booking is done when there are less than 30 days before the arrival date:
the payment must be made for 100% of the amount, and no refund will be possible. (*)

Tourist Tax:
Upon check-in, guests have to pay by cash the City Tourist Tax of 1€ per person per day, only for the first 7 days, and only for guests over 14 years old.
