The villa, on two floors, is composed of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom on each floor).
Two bedrooms are on the first floor; one bedroom is on the ground floor (with futon bed).
On the first floor, there is a small room with shower, directly accessible from the garden (next to the bathroom).
Long panoramic terrace, accessible from upstairs bedrooms and living room.

“Villa Bella” is in a panoramic position, on a hill, just under Costarainera, close to Cipressa.
It is 4 km from the sandy beaches of San Lorenzo al Mare, 15 minutes by car.
In San Lorenzo al Mare, you can rent some bikes and ride on the amazing and panoramic cycling path “Ponente Ligure”, which leads to Sanremo. It is a plain cycling path, derived from the old railway.

The villa has a private parking area, inside the property, where many cars can be parked.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Noise: to be fair, we prefer to point out that the villa is 100 meters away as the crow flies from the highway below, so traffic noise could be heard. Therefore, this property is NOT suitable if you are looking for a vacation villa immersed in complete silence.
• Access to the villa: : the last 200 meters to get to the villa are off-road (a small countryside road, 1 lane). There is only one sharp turn, so larger cars (such as vans and SUVs) may encounter some difficulties.
• Children and safety: maximum attention is required for children! From the outer edge of the pool and from the gazebo area there is a danger of falling. According to the regulations for this type of rental, there is no provision for a lifeguard: parents must supervise their children in the garden and by the pool for the danger of falling and drowning.
• At night, a CCTV system monitors the outdoor area to increase safety level (no cameras inside)

The villa is on two floors.

1st floor:
- Main entrance, living room with armchairs, exit to a sea-view terrace.
- One bedroom with two single beds, with exit to the same terrace.
- One double bedroom, with exit to lawn and terrace.
- One bathroom (sink, toilet).
- Small room with shower, with direct access from the garden, next to the bathroom.
- Small terrace with chairs, two wooden sun-loungers; amazing panoramic view over the sea and over the swimming pool area.
- Lawn.

Internal spiral staircase, to go down to the level of the pool area.
However, both ground floor and first floor can be accessed from the outside, without using the spiral staircase.

Ground floor:
- One double bedroom (futon bed, on the floor).

In summer high season, the rental price is all inclusive:
utilities (electricity, gas, water), initial and final cleanings.
Initial packages of bed linen and towels are provided, included in the price; if you tell us in advance how many beds you need, you will find them already prepared upon arrival.

In the cold season, utilities will be be charged separately, according to guests' consumption.

Payments:
• If the booking is done well in advance:
First payment:
A first payment of 50% is needed upon booking.
Cancellation / Refund:
You can cancel for any reason and have a full refund of your first payment up til 30 days before arrival.
No refund is possible after that date.
Balance / Second payment:
The balance (the second 50%) must be paid 30 days before arrival with a second bank transfer.
• If the booking is done when there are less than 30 days before the arrival date:
the payment must be made for 100% of the amount, and no refund will be possible. (*)
