Marty & Gio Home is a cosy apartment for 2, maximum 4 people, in a residential complex with shared swimming pool. Located in Cipressa - Imperia, Riviera of Flowers.
Swimming pool is open from 15/06 to 15/09.

For a relaxing vacation, in a quiet place, in the green of pine forest and olive groves of Liguria, with a sea-view.

Private parking place inside the property.
From the parking, the apartment must be reached via stairs (two flights of stairs: one level downstairs, then one level upstairs).
Or, you can take an elevator, then a flight of stairs. The apartment is on the first floor.

The apartment has a double bedroom. If needed, you can use the sofa bed double in the kitchen-living room.
Kitchen, with cooking hob, oven, kettle, Nespresso, and American coffee machine.
Table with chairs; Smart-TV, free Wi-Fi.
Bathroom with shower, sink, WC, bidet. Washing machine.
Air conditioning (in the living room only, for the whole unit).

The swimming pool area is under the apartment, about 100 meters from the door.
You can reach the swimming pool area with the elevator (two levels down), then there are some stairs (or a slope) to access the area.
The swimming pool can be freely accessed by the guest of “Marty & Gio”, only from 15th June to 15th September.
Our guests can use 2 sunbeds, 1 umbrella and 2 sun-chairs.

LOCATION:
The residential complex is on the hillside, just above the village of Cipressa, near the “Gallinaro Fortress” (a small nature park, with a small playground).
Distance from sea and main beaches:
• 4,5 km from the beach (10 minutes away by car: public beach of Aregai di Cipressa)
• 7 km from the beaches in San Lorenzo al Mare (sand beaches, both public with free access, and private beach establishments where you need to reserve the sunbeds. 15 minutes away by car.)

A relaxing and quality stay, perfect for couples or small families with kids.
For nature lovers, trekkers, and mountain-bikers: the apartment is close to the MTB and trekking trails (Cipressa – Costarainera area).
Great starting point to discover Riviera of Flowers and the villages (both seaside and hillside): we strongly recommend visiting Lingueglietta, Boscomare, Pietrabruna, Civezza; Bussana Vecchia, Castellaro, Taggia.

Included costs:
In summer high season, the rental price is all inclusive:
utilities (electricity, gas, water), initial and final cleanings.
Initial packages of bed linen and towels are provided, included in the price; if you tell us in advance how many beds you need, you will find them already prepared upon arrival.

In the cold season, utilities will be be charged separately, according to guests' consumption.

Payments:
• If the booking is done well in advance:
First payment:
A first payment of 50% is needed upon booking.
Cancellation / Refund:
You can cancel for any reason and have a full refund of your first payment up til 30 days before arrival.
No refund is possible after that date.
Balance / Second payment:
The balance (the second 50%) must be paid 30 days before arrival with a second bank transfer.
• If the booking is done when there are less than 30 days before the arrival date:
the payment must be made for 100% of the amount, and no refund will be possible. (*)

Guests registration:
Upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
